Payment Processing Policy

We are not responsible for payments that are unable to be verified. If we cannot verify your payment within 3-5 business days your order will be cancelled. Please provide correct shipping information at time of purchase, we cannot change addresses after purchase is complete due to liability reasons. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel that it is fraudulent. Please be advised, NO orders will ship out until all E-CHECKS have been verified and cleared. Orders require 3-5 business days for processing unless specified in item details (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). We will notify you via email in cases of back order or out-of-stock items.

Wrong or incomplete address

If your package is returned to us do to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for the shipping cost to re-deliver to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

All custom or made to order items have a 14-21 business days processing time based on the time your order is placed and order it was received. Please allow 14-21 business days after the processing time for your order to be fulfilled.

 Shipping Policy

(DUE TO COVID-19 All CARRIER SERVICES ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS, PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WITH THE CARRIER SERVICES SERVICE 1ST BEFORE CONTACTING OUR OFFICE) All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS (unless specified) and should be received within 5-14 business days after processing unless you purchase a pre-order item which it will state next to the name of the item the estimated ship date. If you ordered a stock item and a pre-order item together, your package will be shipped when the pre-order item is in.

All orders will require a signature upon package delivery. Tracking/Shipping confirmation will be sent via email notifying customers of shipment once orders have shipped only. Once a tracking number is provided your package is in the care of the carrier specified. If you have any issues please contact the carrier specified. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages! If you are not home and unable to sign for your package at the time of delivery, please put a hold on the package with the specified carrier until you can arrange pick up. Please allow full processing and shipping time before inquiring about orders.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Yes. International shipping is available. International shipping usually arrives within 10-15 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Upon checkout, various international shipping rates will displayed to you. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS NOT OFFERED AT THIS TIME.

 

Damaged Package

In the event items get damaged in transit by carrier, your will be required to provide proof of the damaged packaging and goods, and allow up to 10 business days for us to review, investigate and follow up with a resolution. Do not send parcels back without consent from a representative.
